Absouluety NO pros! The only thing positive about this job, is the job title. I had better opportunities when they blessed me by firing me.
Cons
1. The turnover is RIDICULOUS! Every time i go to an interview and metion this place, they laugh because they already know its job that's not going to last long. 2. They truly don't care about the tenants AT ALL! I'm such a people person so i hated that! One time this 7 month pregnant lady was living in a flooded feces basement for 6 days because they were tooooo busy to get out there. 3. The micro managing is RIDICULOUS! It's so bad, i now have anxiety writing professional emails because they wouldn't allow you to send an email until they proof read it and put it in their own words. 4. I used to go home everyday crying because of how they treat the employees and the tenants! But it was a job at the time so i kept. 5. THEY WILL FIRE YOU FOR THE LITTLEST THING, so have a part time job while your working here because they will let you go. 6. If your a landlord they treat you like royalty, but the people living in the landlords home... they treat like gum on the bottom of the shoe. I witnessed it for a year. If i was a landlord, I wouldn't want their busniess AT ALL!
