ZERO corporate support or training, upper management is the definition of "nepotism", there is absolutely no organization or structure other than "figure it out on your own" and even when you do figure it out, it won't be good enough. The expectation is that you will work 24/7 (even when this isn't necessary). Upper management shows up without fail at 4:30 on Friday afternoon and expects you to stay until 6:30-7 p.m. or later- they have NO respect for your schedule.
