      Pros

      Definitely cared about the guests. Great communication between management and staff.

      Cons

      Guests suck. They will complain about anything. I worked at a nicer choice hotel and still we had a complaint a day. Always felt like we were understaffed, also.

      Pros

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.

      The experience was only positive.
