      Great company culture and leadership. Sales teams work remote which is also a plus.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth unless you switch departments. Most sales directors stay in their role which limits areas of growth.

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.
