      Pros

      you can stay at any Choice Hotel under a very cheap employee discount, not a hard job. I don't know how it is at all other hotels, but there are no benefits.

      Cons

      Can be stressful with no days off if you are management and its the busy season especially.

      Pros

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.
