Pros
Having the anatomy to work some overtime, especially when they don't seem to get enough hours throughout the week.
Cons
When it come to the experience that you have, and the outcome of the knowledge that you have on the Choice Advantage System, your work performance, and maybe the type of personality that you have, it seems like some of the staff can set you up for failure just so that management can give you less hours, or even try to get rid of you. Not cool at all.
