      The culture and benefits are good. People are friendly and capable

      Cons

      The company management is very risk averse. Losing ground to the competition because they won't properly invest in growth. Chasing a failed dream of being a technology developer.

      WFH was great and having to drive in traffic to be in meetings all day, not fun.

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.

      The experience was only positive.
