Will work with varying schedule (i.e. college courses), easy to get extra hours, will teach you a lot of helpful skills (computer software, phone systems, customer management, etc..)
Cons
High turn-over rate means you are often asked to cover shifts, weekends off are typically reserved for full-time staff, depending on the hotel (choice has a lot of variety in terms of quality) customers can be extremely rude and/or hostile, management tends to be aggressive and/or not caring towards employees, housekeepers treated bad
