The company culture is amazing, they tend to hire a lot of friends and family, and a lot of flexibility (depending on department).
Cons
Pay, almost everyone is underpaid, most employment engagement surveys reflect that. Hotel incentives aren’t that great, you do get a discount but most of the time the better discounts geared to lower end hotels.
