      Choice Bank offers remote work.

      Cons

      This place is slowly becoming a toxic sludge. One of their values is “People First.” Based on experience, I don’t think employees count as people because you will be let go in a moments notice without any explanation. Senior Management is incompetent. Stay away!

      - Some great long term employees - Really good benefits

      Cons

      -Scaling too quickly -Automating everything to push out employees - lowballing employee pay to give huge salaries to these high up executives. - SOOOOOO many tiers of C level employees - Employees need to wear 15 different hats and maintain all of them at once.
