Pros

This company provides good benefits to its full time employees. They offer remote and hybrid working options.

Cons

Choice Bank, in line with most start ups, has created a culture of firing people. I’ve been at Choice for over 2 years and have seen 20+ people fired. Their reasoning for firing individuals is inadequate and insufficient, so when you get fired, they won’t tell you why to prevent lawsuits. I know this, because I’ve had multiple conversations with my co-workers who have been fired. If you give an opinion that management doesn’t like, you will get fired for being argumentative. If you raise your hand to ask questions, you will get fired for being incompetent. If you perform job duties outside your assigned role, you will get fired for not staying in your “swim lane”. If you work at Choice, sharpen your resume and get prepared to be fired without warning at any time. If you don’t work for Choice, run.

Pros

- Some great long term employees - Really good benefits

Cons

-Scaling too quickly -Automating everything to push out employees - lowballing employee pay to give huge salaries to these high up executives. - SOOOOOO many tiers of C level employees - Employees need to wear 15 different hats and maintain all of them at once.
