This is the worst company that I have ever worked with. Only line that comes to mind after seeing this sucking Vdopia Inc is that these people "HIRE TO FIRE". They will first do hiring like a mad elephant on the street than all of a sudden they realise that the number is little big, so any day without any notice they will call you in one room with stinking CEO, Srikant Kakani sitting there and spitting all garbage words. They don't have any value for the employees working there. They will make you work like a donkey, day and night and then fire you without any notice. Even HR department is worst. Thought the elite looking HR manager, will bring some change, but he talks of Vdopia being a family when there is some crisis situation like flooding in the office premises and these people have to save their repo lest the pictures of the flood and their inability and miserliness to give some quality infrastructure to the employees gets public and is revealed to the world, but when it comes to employees, he will hide himself somewhere to not face the situation and then there is nothing like a family. they just oust you like another dog. Beware of this company. This is doomed to closure soon. Take it as a last option on Earth or when you are in a very crisis situation to join it.
