      Pros

      Supervisors let you know what the expectations are no surprises, they are right there working alongside you helping get things done. The team you work with help each other out always even from different platforms. This is hands down one of the best jobs I’ve had in a long time. The pay is good, the benefits are great. Work life balance 100%

      Cons

      When you mess up you have what feels like twenty different people asking why instead of just one. But they always look at it as a training plan so it won’t happen again not really a con.

      Great benefits, ability to create your own way forward and own processes you create, and flexibility within the already flexible hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      There aren't many in this role. If you're flexible, a problem solver and communicative with both your exec and your peers- Chobani is a great place to build a community,
