Pros

ESOP is the only thing worth mentioning

Cons

Favoritism is the game. Admin staff is treated like dirt: either ignored or micromanaged within an inch of their lives by operations. Project managers act as if we are beneath them. People come in off the street with no experience and are put into positions that others who are experienced have been turned down from. Turnover rate has been ridiculously high, as people are either bullied into new jobs or micromanaged into them. Company is ran really old-school, but not the good way. No family values.

Hello, employee-owner, and thank you for taking the time to share this. It’s no secret construction is demanding work. I appreciate your honesty and your perspective that it's manageable. The culture and compensation you mentioned are things we work hard to get right, and it means a lot to hear they're appreciated. Thank you for your grit and dedication to this team.
