There is a team approach from the top down and the executives are just as involved as any other team member in helping to meet goals, providing clients with excellent service and creating an environment where everyone takes on challenges and wins together.
There isn't a feeling of layers or levels, of course there are managers and executives but you always have a voice, have direct access to anyone and everyone in the company. Lots of visibility and opportunities to shine.
