Not reliable - ABA Therapist Chitter Chatter Employee Review

- A lot of support and professional development offered - Admin wants employees to grow in the ABA field - Practicum program offered to RBTs wanting to become BCBAs - Tuition reimbursement

- Paperwork can sometimes be a lot

The kids and families were awesome. Some supervisors went above and beyond for their clients and technicians.

-Scheduling was flexible but slow and inefficient. They preferred in person meetings but would forget conversations and schedule changes needed to be repeated many times. -Some supervisors did not even do the bare minimum, my safety concerns were often not taken seriously. -The place was not cleaned or repaired as often as it should have been. Technicians are required to clean therapy rooms but most did not and admin did nothing about it. -Damaged intercom systems were not repaired for MONTHS, leaving us unable to call for assistance quickly. -No ongoing training, despite the field progressing every day around us. -If a client cancels, you do not get paid.
