I've been with Chitra for almost 3 yrs and love working here. The company offers a great benefits package and above-average wages; however, its the family atmosphere, understanding, professionalism, and respectfulness from everyone, especially the CEO, that I want to go to work every day. I have never worked for a company like Chitra. They listen to your opinions, understand when you need personal time, and go out of their way to help you be successful at work and in life.
