Staff are exploited and very readily discarded. Pay is inequitable (women especially, be careful to make sure you are being paid the same as peers). There is a lot of 'over promising' to clients on the technology they had and what the team can actually deliver. Blame and scape-goating seemed common. Ended up being a very demoralising experience.
