Pros
Chiron had so much potential. It was the top non sponsored search when I started there, it was well known, it had good market share. Once Medici bought out Chiron everything changed
Cons
CEO- No awareness, pushed his Christian values in a way that made the office uncomfortable, mismanaged funds and pushed failed initiative after failed imitative. CFO-He couldn't figure out even the most basic functions or issues, needed hand held through reports and reconciliations, honestly questioned his ability to do low level accounting functions.
