      Pros

      Some innovation ideas and practices were encouraged here. Other than that, I see no pros of working here at all.

      Cons

      The employee turnover is extremely high here. The main reason is the stress of the job and the terrible management. Everyone wants to avoid working here in the long term. In many projects, the management wants you to work insane and exhausting hours and will then cancel it. It was so frustrating.

      Pros

      They have some good food trucks come by the office about every month.

      Cons

      Terrible commission structure that prevents growth. If you go over your quote one month than it will be increase the next but your commission pay stays the same.
