Misconduct - Counter Staff Chip City Employee Review

Alot of sexual harassment and racism coming from members of upper management. Not much freedom of speech as an employee if you speak up about any misconduct you become a “problem” and eventually they will either reduce your hours or randomly fire you. They say they care about their employees but they truly don’t. Every store was understaff. You ended up working multiple double shifts a week and often by yourself for 7+hours. They don’t care for our safety as there were a few incidents with customers that traumatized some workers. The managers who have made racist comments, sexual harassed or bullied their counter staff on social media are still in their position. The ones who came forward, either quit, were fired or had their hours reduced. Don’t over work yourself for them. They will dispose of you in a second and don’t trust anyone that works there. There were some changes to upper management this year and since then everything went down hill. They make horrible decisions from their ego and have zero empathy for anyone. They lost a lot of their best employees who’ve been there for a while.
