This company is extremely disorganised. Management has no proper system in place and often bullies staff by pointing fingers at employees when mistakes are actually caused by the managers themselves. Although the main office is in Beijing, they let Guangzhou or Hong Kong management handle the Singapore branch. The result is a very messy operation that ignores Singapore’s rules. Instead, they impose practices that are not aligned with Singapore regulations, creating confusion and frustration for employees. Overall, the environment is toxic, unfair, and poorly managed.
