Pros
Work when you can. They only schedule you when you say that you are available. You get paid and it's direct deposit to your account.
Cons
The app-program that keeps that is supposed to keep the schedule up to date doesn't. It never reflected the times needed only the days. This made conflicts with my schedule rise. There is no proper training on how to use the app and there is no gray are with what the company considers a "cancellation" or a "no show". There is no guide to tell you how to properly handle the situation like an emergency cancellation. This all results in some demeaning phone call and e-mails by what could only be assumed as customer service reps. The communication between what I could only assume were managers, was unprofessional. I was left in the dark about policies and procedures that it ended up reflecting on my ratings. One manager admitted to forgetting to send me an update about my ratings and it just never crossed their mind until I e-mailed them.
