- Great WLB - Fantastic office probably the best I've been in - Lots of ownership over big features - Really good food and drinks - SF/NYC are in great locations and are both hungry for engineering talent - Growing steadily albeit weak stock performance - Many engineers are ex-faang and are great to network with - Very low layoff risk (I hope) - Founders are still here

- Absolute stinker of a stock price. TC is no longer competitive with bigger tech. - Recruiters dont like negotiating. Offers are set maybe 10-15% less than Google now that we're post-IPO - Engineering feels understaffed (or poorly org'd) - If the stock price were doing better, all these cons could be ignored. Or if TC was less equity-weighted.

- Mission Driven - Good WLB on most teams - People to work with are great

- meh IPO, compensation no longer competitive in Engineering - Product seems to be moving to marketing / growth rather than being an engineering differentiator
