Pros

I’ve been at Chilli Partners for over a year, and it’s been an amazing experience. The company truly invests in its employees, offering training programs and opportunities to attend industry events like iGB Affiliate. I pitched a new campaign idea, and the management was open to implementing it, which felt incredibly empowering. The office has a great vibe, and the remote work option adds flexibility. Plus, the commission rates are competitive, keeping me motivated to push harder.

Cons

The fast-paced environment can be challenging, especially when managing multiple campaigns across different GEOs. Additional training for new tools would be a nice touch.

Pros

I have been working in the company almost from the very beginning, so I can see how it grows and develops. There are excellent working conditions here: a cozy office, a cool lunch area, coffee machines, coffee, tea and cookies, etc. In addition, there are always gifts for birthdays, and corporate events are just awesome!

Cons

I would like a more convenient parking space for the car, of course, but otherwise everything is fine

Pros

Joining Chilli Partners has been one of my best career moves! The team is incredibly collaborative, and the management fosters a culture of innovation. I enjoy working on affiliate campaigns with access to advanced analytics tools that make optimization a breeze. The hybrid work setup is fantastic, allowing me to balance office and remote work seamlessly. The company also hosts awesome events, like the annual SiGMA conference trips, which are both fun and great for networking. The commission structure is motivating, and there’s always room to grow.

Cons

The pace can be intense during campaign launches, which might feel overwhelming at times. More frequent one-on-one meetings with team leads could help with prioritizing tasks.
