Nice Working Atmosphere and nice staff

Strict working hours with limited flexibility

- Team Spirt - Interior of pubs is nice place to work - Very easy to learn & their systems are good for orders - Kind Owners - Your working for a reputable brand

- Rubbish Perks - Very High Workload (Often Understaffed and sometimes staff don’t show up) - Minimum Wage (often no tips as a runner) - Can be difficult to get to (nothing they can change but it’s quite far out from public transport) - Inconsistent hours (can go from 4 shifts one week to 1 next week) - Because it’s an “established” place you often to get rude customers who just make you feel like dirt (Nothing can be changed about this, but adding on from this you can get really good customers who tip a lot but normally they tip the host)
