An Honest Review - Marketing Chillblast Employee Review

employees have been incentivised to write a positive review by senior management. i know this as I was in the meetings discussing it. you'll hear stories about how good liverpool fc are and the good old days playing for liverpool reserves. get over it, it was the 90’s. senior management think offering out alcohol during the working day was cool and creating a “great workplace culture”. its not! senior management also pushed out or let go majority of my team. referred to them as “dead wood” but truth be told, they just didn’t like them or found out they were planning on resigning anyway. if your face doesn’t fit, you’ll likely be sacked.
