      Pros

      Colleagues are some of the most friendly and talented people I've ever worked with

      Cons

      - No company culture, you're expected to work hard and stay late with no recognition. They pay you the bare minimum, and don't offer pay rises or any sort of employee benefit. - Micromanagement is rife, any sort of creativity is a myth. - Directors pick and choose who they like - if they don't like you, they'll find any reason to unfairly dismiss you. They also show no respect and talk down to you.

      Pros

      None. Looking on companies house at this and the previous potentially failed organisations. All the main directors and NEDs may allegedly be linked to the same church then employ their siblings, friends and congregation within the same organisations and use their corporate finance links to get partitioners to invest before funneling off donations to something called Open Hands Open Heavens allegedly . Strange how they are all linked and keep getting jobs and investment isn't it despite the companies being quite inept allegedly.

      Jobs for the boys and only one type allegedly.
