Pros
- if you signed up very early, they'd give you some tokens (unfortunately those are down due to market trends now)
Cons
You can't learn anything, as all teams are juniors with "senior" titles - teams have no idea what they do. It looks like a festival of code monkeys introducing features without keeping up to basic quality standards. Engineering practices, patterns etc. can be thrown out of the window. Management is full of people who are first time in their lives in that kind of role. Salary is mediocre so to say. In any other company one can get easily 2x more. In fact that's all what I got after staying there for a long time.
