Pros
-RBTs are great at their jobs and generally helpful and friendly
-BCBAs are accommodating, attentive, and really care about their clients
Cons
-Staff is underpaid and overworked
-CEO is petty and vindictive. Fires people the day they put in their two weeks.
-Manager is unprofessional, passive aggressive, and immature. Extremely homophobic and cultivates a hostile environment toward queer people. Makes Muslim and Jewish employees uncomfortable with microaggressions. To top this all off, there's no real HR so there's no way to report these things. The CEO does nothing to help.
-Company admin prioritizes profit over all else, including therapeutic effectiveness and basic client welfare. The water went out for multiple days in January 2026 and they made us keep working by pouring water bottles in the back of toilets to flush. This didn't work and we were expected to keep taking kids to the bathroom even as fecal material was collecting in the toilet bowls. They wouldn't shut down. Kids complained that they didn't want to use the bathroom because it smelled (and there was human waste in the toilet bowls). Again. No willingness to stop sessions until this was fixed. It wasn't until a staff member threatened to quit that they shut it down.
