The management at the federal building was extremely toxic, and the assistant director changed moods and standards on a dime each day while interrupting class time whenever the mood struck her. I was told off for writing incident reports when required by state because it "made us look bad", and for giving ice packs for minor head injuries that didn't "look" bad enough to management.
