Great business with a dedicated leadership team - Anonymous Childs Farm Employee Review

I appreciate this business may not be for all, but if you want to join a fast paced, entrepreneurial business which challenges the norms whilst maintaining a strong team ethic this is the place to be. I haven't been with the business long but since I have started, I have only seen positives of working at Childs Farm and enjoy working with an equally committed and fun bunch of people. I also understand there have been lots of leadership changes, but have only seen them as engaging , supportive and highly communicative and by the way, no one has asked me to write this from the company, I am writing it, as there is always two sides to a story!
