Pros
Great place to work as far as the families and the support staff
Cons
Families (clients) get more communication then the employee You often feel out of the loop even about your own schedule Schedule can get very inconsistent (clients get sick, vacation, or you get sick sometimes from the clients ) They offer sub work when you don’t have a client for the day but it doesn’t guarantee that you will get paid. My clients called out sick or something else at least every other week. You also end up spending your own money on toys In addition you spend your own time prepping for the days. It’s a good stepping stone job but done expect to pay your bills
