Good salary but only because it’s hell to work there.
Cons
Team leaders are unable to run a team. They expect you to devote your whole being and life to the company, and to put it above your personal life.
If you have a different view or opinion, you will then become topic of discussion amongst staff in meetings, and will continue to talk to about you whilst you are not present
They all protect each other and will gang up to push people out, the people who don’t ’fit the mould’. Very cult like.
Only work here if you would like to be radicalised, bullied and spoken about negatively.
No work life balance at all
