      The front-line staff do good work.

      C-suite has had the company headed down hill for 6 or 7 years now. Very unfortunate. Doesn't appear to be an end in sight. Toxic work environment lead by C-suite/HR

      Moving students' learning experience to competency level. Help students build their integrity that will help them socialize well in the society.

      Cons

      Too much paper work. Sometimes teacher assistant frustrates you and undermines your hard work. They can create unfavorable environment for you.
