The kids! Able to make own curriculum In the heart of downtown Connections with other staff I really can't think of anything else

No benefits Horrible pay Favoritism among staff by management No time off, even if sick Little concern over staff or children-one long-standing teacher is on drugs at work, yet keeps job over 10 years. Dangerous for children.
