Low pay, few breaks, short lunch, and no benefits. The worst thing is that they feed the infants by propping up bottles in cribs; they let them soak in their diapers for hours; they do not allow employees to rock, hold, or cuddle the infants. I actually got in trouble my first day for holding a baby while feeding her. They took the baby out of my arms and placed her in the crib and propped hee bottle up with blankets. Another baby was in a swing with a blanket fully covering her/his head, screaming and crying for at least 2 hours,but they told me I wasn't allowed to touch the child. I couldn't handle how they were treating these precious babies, and couldn't stomach having to see their parents, so I walked out half-way through my shift and never went back.
