Pros
1.Free food from restaurant. 2.Fun and challenging job with talented co-workers. 3.Small and growing team with lots of potential, everyone counts in this team. 4.It's a start up company so everybody is is passionate about what they are doing! 5.CEO is giving me LOTs of space to do what I am good at and let me explore local business without a high KPI at the beginning, and I really appreciate that.
Cons
I can't say it is a perfect company. No one is perfect, but I personally have a great 2years working here. No office politics, things are clean and strict forward. Work responsibly is complicated and yeah, they have the Start Up company's work load. CEO is learning to do her job and she is getting better day by day.
