Alot of work, very niche and growing business

very old school leadership is a hinderance on culture and productivity and over all staff happiness.

I appreciate the camaraderie among my peers, which helps make the workday enjoyable and keeps our focus away from all the challenges created by the management team.

The main drawbacks of this company, which are causing it to fail, are the unrealistic expectations of the top-level managers and the absence of supportive procedures for employee success. The company lacks a clear vision for the future and fails to communicate its performance on a quarterly basis, indicating that it is headed for failure. Moreover, there is a significant lack of company culture, and employees are struggling with inadequate processes and short lead times, resulting in low-quality products that are driving customers away.
