      - The people who work here are great. Everyone is young and nice. -The office is modern and in the heart of the loop

      Cons

      - The pay is terrible you could make more doing almost anything else -You have to work long hours including weekends -leadership does not listen to employees -Company does not take care of employees. Only worried about revenue -"Uncapped commission" This is true but misleading. You have to close an absurd amount of deals to make ok money. -No flexibility to work from home -Old school management style that does not adapt -Management blames shortcomings on employees -Treated like children

      Prepare to work 50-60 hours, not have complaints taken seriously, fear-based culture where firings, no incentives for roles, and be expected to figure out your job responsibilities with very little guidance. There will be very little support.
