      Autonomy is the key I can come to work by walking and i love it ! CEO is receptive and open to hear new ideas They pay on time

      Flexible. Tones to learn.

      Cons

      Decisions are made exclusively for the business (owner) benefits - Customer service is horrible. Lack of vision - tactic mode here and there. Spray and Pray type of mindset. They'll get the most out of you and get rid of you.
