      Base pay was alright and flexible working The boss I had for a couple of months before everyone was made redundant was good

      Hired a number of new BDM staff then a few weeks later made 80% of the company, including BDMs, redundant. However kept on the new ones who had only been there a couple of weeks Changed the commission structure on a monthly basis You have a job, but then the next day you might not

      Pros

      I have been with this company for almost a year now and I have nothing negative to say about them. The employees are all great to work with and we have an amazing leadership team that know how to treat staff correctly. The company is growing fast and is taking over the 'tap to order' world which is opening up a lot of doors for future growth with Chewzie! I highly recommend working for these guys and joining an amazing culture and platform!
