      1. Senior Solicitors and Management do not know how to run a law firm. 2. Senior members of staff encourage their fee earners to settle files and then take most of the money which they put in their own pockets.

      None, absolutely none at all.

      Cons

      This is not a normal place to work. Do not accept a role here. The salary may seem ok but it is absolutely not worth it considering the stress levels and unreasonable and unachievable expectations/targets. As a team leader, staff were leaving all the time and not replaced all whilst having the same targets, but with less people. You're basically just expected to get on with it.
