Pros

I’ve had an incredibly positive experience working at Chetu Inc., and it’s rare to find an organization that balances professional growth, employee well-being, and a collaborative culture so effectively. One of the standout features for me is the **6-month appraisal policy**, which sets Chetu apart from many other companies. Unlike annual reviews that leave employees waiting too long for feedback, this system ensures timely recognition of hard work, frequent goal-setting, and opportunities to discuss career progression. It’s motivating to see leadership invest in our development and reward efforts transparently and consistently

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
