Pros

I enjoy working at Chetu because each day presents a unique challenge. I've gained substantial knowledge about software and technology and understand how they are integrated into every conceivable industry vertical. My director is approachable, relatable, and leads by example, creating an inspiring work environment. Additionally, Chetu places a significant emphasis on celebrating all cultures, ethnicities, and genders, fostering a truly inclusive and diverse atmosphere.

Cons

The only things that come to mind when thinking about the downside of working at Chetu is that it is a very quiet environment.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
