Pros

1. Gives an opportunity to work with the latest technologies in this organization. 2. Gives an opportunity to grow your career. 3. 6 Months Appraisals. 4. Having good environment to work with Chetu for long time. 5. Time to Time organised events. 6. In house meal facilities and good Transport facilities.

Cons

1. Should be five days working as currently we have alternate Saturday off. 2. Notice period is a concern as now it is for 3 months. 3. Better pantry and canteen area. Should be kept neat and clean as people have food over there. 4. Policies changes very frequently only to benefit the organisation and not the employees working. 5. Work timing and work culture is also a matter of concern for the employees.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
