Pros

None none none none none!!!!

Cons

This was by far the worst place I have ever worked. They want to put you on camera in your own home all day. The culture is terrible. They pay sucks. Its just not worth working here. They put me on final notice for leaving my desk one time for a few hours to go to the ER. Becuase I didnt call them to see if its ok that I go to the emergency room and instead contacted them after the fact they put me on final notice. Its not like my role required my butt at my desk 24/7. 50% of my job was to call leads to set up appointments. 100% remote employee. My personal business is NOT their business. If you want to be on camera 24/7 like a slave go for it.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
