Pros

I feel fortunate enough to work at Chetu with great people. This is my 10 years with Chetu and it seems like I just joined. The management team and operation team work closely as a single team. The work environment is good for keep learning new things, grow the experience, and opportunity to do better in the job. Chetu is good for stability and maintaining the work-life balance. There are other good things apart from enjoying the job to get significant 401K matching, full healthcare coverage, discounts on Gym subscriptions, and TicketsatWork.

Nothing specific. It's a good company to work for.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge.
