Pros

I have been working in the company for last 5 years. Personally, I like to work in a place where I feel satisfied about my work and in Chetu I felt same way. Hard work and skills gets a proper recognition in this company and same happened in my case. Of course money does matter as you work to earn money as well, and this is really a plus point in Chetu. Below are some of the advantage of working in Chetu. 1. Growth opportunity 2. Good learning curve 3. Recognition 4. Transparency 5. Direct client interaction. 6. Freedom to learn latest technology, in fact encouraged to learn unlike most of the company. 7. Personality enhancement. 8. Favorable work environment. 9. Unique working model.

Cons

Definitely, every coins have two sides. There are some shortcomings however our HR/Operation team is doing a good job in overcoming those. They take feedback from each team member during their review and try to find a solution which will work in favor of both company and employees. From my perspective I have not found any downside in this company.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
