Pros

- Productive environment and fun at workplace - Good technical learning opportunities - One's own responsibilities are his/ her boss - Less Hierarchical structure and fine work culture - Growth opportunities for the deserving are quite high and fast as compared to other companies - Focused on employee and client satisfaction - Open environment where one can share his/ her views - Place where one can make his/ her presence felt by everybody - Good in conducting employee engagement activities - Last but not the least: Good compensation

Cons

- Working shift is not so usual but manageable - You'll be left on your own to explore and come-up with the solutions and that actually helps to learn to face the challenges

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
